A RESOLJTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENTS AND AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURES UNDER THE
REBATE INCENTIVE PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has previously
authorized the creation of the Rebate Incentive Program whereby
eligible property owners are to be reimbursed for nome
improvements; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to authorize the
Executive Director to execute agreements and authorize
expenditures to implement said program.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be, and he is hereby, authorized to:
1. Execute agreements with eligible property owners to
implement the Rebate Incentive Program.
2. Authorize payments to sucn eligible property owners
pursuant to sucn agreements under the Rebate Incentive Program
in a maximum amount of $2,000 per unit or $5,000 per project
whichever is greater.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ananeim Redevelopment Agency this 10th day of July, 1984.
