A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY INCREASING THE MAXIMUM COMPENSATION
PAYABLE TO PORT AND FLOR, INC.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did, by
agreement entitled Fourth Agreement for Relocation Services,
retain Port & Flor, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph III of said Agreement provides that
the maximum compensation payable shall be Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000) unless an increase is approved by resolution of the
Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Agency heretofore did by resolution
authorize an increase in the maximum compensation payable to Port
and Flor, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby authorize an increase in the
amount of maximum compensation payable to Port and Flor, Inc.,
under said Agreement, to an amount not exceed Two Hundred Three
Thousand Dollars ($203,000.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 28th day of May, 1985.
