A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AMENDING THE BY -LAWS OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the By -Laws of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
provide, at Section 201 of Article 11, that the Finance Director
of the City of Anaheim shall be the Treasurer of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend Section
201 to provide that the City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim
shall be the Treasurer of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 201 of the
By -Laws be amended to provide that the Treasurer of the City of
Anaheim shall be the Treasurer of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 8th day of July, 1986.
