A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS UNDER SEC -
TION 3 OF TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has adopted a Housing
Assistance Plan, which plan is a part of the City of Anaheim's
application for Title I Block Grants under the Housing and Com-
munity Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, said Housing Assistance Plan reflects, as a
first year goal, 600 units of existing housing to be funded under
Section 8 of Title II of the Housing and Community Development Act
of 1974; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development
has approved said Housing Assistance Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development
has requested that applications be submitted for funding under
Section 8 of Title II.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority does approve the submission of an application to Depart-
ment of housing and Urban Development for funding under Section 8
of Title II for 334 existing housing units.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is'approved and signed by me
