A RESOLUTION OF THE 2UJAHEllvi I OUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING A CO±dFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR THE
.,, ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY AND ADOPTIING SAID
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE.
WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Section
81000 et seq. - Government Code) was approved by the electors of
the State of California; and
WHEREAS, Section 87300 of said Act requires each agency
to promulgate and adopt a Conflict of Interest Code; and
WHEREAS, a document entitled "Conflict of Interest Code
of the Anaheim Housing Authority" (hereinafter "Code "), has been
submitted to the Anaheim Housing Authority for its consideration
and adoption; and
WHEREAS, said Code is hereby determined to meet the re-
quirements of Section 87300 et seq. of the Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority does hereby adopt the "Conflict of Interest Code of the
Anaheim Housing Authority."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Code and a certified
copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Fair Political Prac-
tices Commission, which Commission is the code - reviewing body as
set forth in Section 87303 of the Government Code, for approval.
