A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A COOPER-
ATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY FOR RELOCATION AND HOUSING TECHNICAL
ASSISTANCE.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority is able to pro-
vide technical assistance to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
in the areas of relocation and housing; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby the
Anaheim Housing Authority would render such services to the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Housing Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of that certain agreement with the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Housing Agency.
