A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS UNDER SEC-
TION 8 OF TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AND COMIUNITY
DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has adopted a Housing Assist-
ance Plan, which plan is a part of the City of Anaheim's application
for Title I Block Grants under the Housing and Community Development
Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS,

has advertised for application for 1000 existing units for all of
Orange County to be funded under Section 8; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority has received ap-
proval of 40 units of Section 8 existing housing through a Bonus
Allocation to be applied to this second year goal; and
WHEREAS, there remains 560 units of existing Housing to
be funded under Section 8 to achieve the second year goal of the
Housing Assistance Plan for the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority does approve the submission of an application to Depart-
ment of Housing and Urban Development for funding under Section 8
of Title 11 for 560 existing housing units.
