AHA-1977-008RESOLUTION NO. AHA77 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY FAIR HOUSING
COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, Federal regulations require the Anaheim
Housing Authority to provide Fair Housing information to
holders of Authority certificates; and
WHEREAS, said regulations permit the Authority
to subcontract for the provision of such information and
counseling; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Fair Housing Council
(hereinafter "Council ") is able to provide such services
to Authority and certificate holders; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, the terms and conditions
of which are acceptable to the Authority, has been
prepared whereby Council will provide such services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Housing Authority does approve the terms and conditions
of said agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Housing
Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved signed
by me this 2nd day of August , 1977.
