WHEREAS, the .Anaheim Housing Authority (hereinafter
called the "Public Housing Agency") has previously entered into
a ."Haster Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Pro-graL- Annual
Contributions Contract (hereinafter called the "Contract") with
the United States of America (hereinafter called the "Government"),
and now proposes to (1) enter into an Annual Contributions Contract
Part I for Existing Housing Program including Project i-los.
CA16-B104-001, CA16-TE104-002, CA16-E104-003, and CA16-E104-004;
(2) provide for - e incorporation of said Part I into the Taster
Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract identified hereinbelow;
and (3) provide for the deposit of T. pursuant to a General
Depositary Agreernient with a financial institution which is a n.ern-
ber of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (hereinafter
called the "Bank,").

Section 1. The proposed Contract, designated "Section 8.

CA16-E104-001 CA16-E104-002 CA16-1:] and CA16-B104-004,"
pursuant to the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, is
hereby approved and accepteCl both as to form and substance, and
the Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Contract in three counterparts on behalf of the Public Housing

Agency and to forward such execute. count erparts to the Govern-
meent together with such other documents evidencing the approval
and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the
Government.
Section 2. The Annual Contributions Contract Part I for
Existing Housing Program, as approved and accepted in Section 1
hereinabove, is hereby incorporate into aster Section 8 Annual
Contributions Contract No. SF-498.

Section 3 . The Security Pacific national Bank and the Public
Housing Agency have previously entered into a General Depositary
Agreement, Form HUD- 51999A dated September 5, 1975, which provides
for the deposit of specified monies of " . . . one or more addi-
tional low -rent housing projects . . ." The Public Housing agency
hereby determines that pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the
aforenamed Bank shall be the Depositary for the Section 8 Housing
Assistance Payments Program and /or Project established under the
Contract hereinabove approved.
Section 4. The Chairman, Vice - Chairman or Secretary is hereby
authorized and directed to file with the Government from time to
time as payments are required, requisitions together with the ne-
cessary supporting documents requesting periodic payments to be
made on account of the Annual Contributions Contract, and the pro-
per officers of the Public Housing Agency shall prepare, execute
and deliver to the Government said requisitions in a form prescribed
by the Government and shall accept payment therefor from the Govern-
ment and such persons are authorized to do and perform all other
things and acts required to be done or performed in order to obtain
such payments, which shall be deposited and disbursed only in accord-
ance with the provisions of the Annual Contributions Contract.
Section 5 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Housing Authority of the City of Anaheim this 13th davAf
September , 1977.
