A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSIIIG AUTHORITY
APPROVING THE TER_A'iS A 4D CONDITIONS OF F:N AGREE-
MENT WITH THE isITY OF ANAHEIki AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CI-iAIR1- Ani AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority desires to estab-
lish certain relationships between the Anaheim Housing Authority
and City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for Reimburse-
ment of Costs" (hereinafter Agreement) has been prepared which
Agreement establishes the relationship between the City of Anaheim
and the Anaheim Housing Authority and provide for certain reimburse-
ments; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are accept-
able to the Anaheim Housing Authority.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Housing Authority.
