AHA-1977-013RESOLUTION NO. AHA77- 13
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE AUTHORITY GENERAL COUNSEL OR
HIS DESIGNEE TO DETERMINE THE SUFFICIENCY OF
CLAIMS SUBMITTED AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, Section 910.8 of the Government Code
permits the Anaheim Housing Authority to give written notice
of the insufficiency of a claim to the claimant; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority may designate
a person to determine the sufficiency of a claim; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to designate the Authority
General Counsel or his designee as the person to determine the
sufficiency of claims pursuant to Section 910.8 of the
Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Authority
General Counsel or his designee be, and he is hereby, designated,
pursuant to Section 910.8 of the Government Code, the person
to determine the sufficiency of claims presented to the Anaheim
Housing Authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Authority General
Counsel or his designee be, and he is hereby, authorized to give
written notice of the insufficiency of a claim when, in his
opinion, said claim fails to meet the requirements of Sections
910 and 910.2 of the Government Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Housing Authority this 20th day of Decembe
1977.
