A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS FOR AN
ADDITIONAL 381 UNITS UNDER SECTION 8 OF TITLE
II OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT
OF 1974.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has adopted a Housing
Assistance Plan, which plan is a part of the City of Anaheim's
application for Title I Community Development Block Grants
under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 and
WHEREAS, said Housing Assistance Plan reflects, as
a. three year goal in its 4th year application of 1047 units
of existing housing to be funded under Section 8 of Title II
of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban
Development has advertised applications for 381 existing units
for all of Orange County to be funded under Section 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Housing Authority does approve the submission of an applica-
tion to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for
funding under Section 8 of Title II for an additional 381
existing housing units.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Housing Authority this 6th day of March �
1979.

ABSENT: 'AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Overholt and Seymour
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman Pro Tem of the Anaheim Housing
Authority signed said Resolution on the 6th day of March, 1979.
