AHA-1980-003RESOLUTION NO. AHA80 -3
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
EL CAMINO BANK REGARDING THE DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS IN
CONNECTION WITH A NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION PROGRAM AS
PART OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA SB966 DEFERRED PAYMENT
LOAN PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority is carrying out a Deferred
Payment Rehabilitation Loan Program as authoritized by Sections 50660 -50668
of the California Health and Safety Code, and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority is charged with the control
of the disbursement of funds to property owners participating in the
Deferred Payment Rehabilitation Loan Program; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority and the E1 Camino Bank
desire to mutually agree upon the methods and procedures under which they
will make disbursement of loan proceeds; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and conditions
of which are satisfactory to the Anaheim Housing Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and conditions of
an agreement between the Anaheim Housing Authority and the El Camino Bank
regarding the disbursement of funds in connection with the State Deferred
Payment Rehabilitation Loan Program be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary are
hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim
Housing Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 19 day of February
1980.
