A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH BROOKHURST VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT
PARTNERSHIP, LTD., AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Brookhurst Village Development
Partnership, Ltd., ( "Developer ") has filed for a condominium
conversion project by Tentative Tract No. 10694 and Variance
No. 3099 with the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said Tentative Tract and Variance have
been approved by the Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim on the 19th day of November, 1979; and
WHEREAS, Developer has committed to establish a
part of its condominium conversion project of Brookhurst
Village for low and moderate income housing; and
WHEREAS, an Agreememt has been prepared to provide
affordable housing for all segments of the City of Anaheim
between the Anaheim Housing Authority and the Developer; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Housing Authority.
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Housing
Authority.
