AHA-1980-007RESOLUTION NO. AHA80 -7
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING LISA STIPKOVICH OR BERTHA CHAVOYA
TO ACT FOR THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY IN
CONNECTION WITH SMALL CLAIMS ACTIONS.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority does find and
determine that it is necessary in the normal course of business
in the City of Anaheim to instigate, prosecute, defend, settle
and consummate litigation in the Small Claims Court, being amounts
of less than $750.00; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed by the Anaheim Housing Authority
that Lisa Stipkovich or Bertha Chavoya should be authorized to act
in the Authority's behalf in connection with small claims actions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Housing
Authority that Lisa Stipkovich or Bertha Chavoya be, and they are
hereby, authorized to commence, prosecute, defend, settle and con-
summate small claims litigation for, in behalf of, and in the name
of the Authority, and that they be authorized to file small claims
petitions, to appear at small claims hearings, to represent the
Authority, and to file satisfaction of judgment in small claims
actions, and to do any and all other things necessary and conven-
ient in the processing of small claims actions.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 20th day of May, 1980.

adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority held on
the 20th day of May, 1980, by the following vote of the members
thereof:

NOES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Housing Authority
signed said Resolution on the 20th day of May, 1980.
