A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS FOR 101
UNITS UNDER SECTION 8 OF TITLE II OF THE HOUS-
ING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has adopted a Housing
Assistance Plan, which plan is a part of the City of Anaheim's
application for Title I Community Development Block Grants under
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, said Housing Assistance Plan reflects, as a
three year goal in its fifth year application of 584 units of
moderate rehabilitation housing to be funded under Section 8 of
Title II.of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development
has advertised applications for 101 moderate rehabilitation units
for the northern Orange County section to be funded under Section
8 Moderate Rehabilitation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority does approve the submission of an application to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding under
Section 8 of Title II for 101 Moderate Rehabilitation units.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Amaheim Housing Authority this 27th day of May, 1980.
