A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE INCURRING OF AN ADDITIONAL
INDEBTEDNESS AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT LOAN AGREEMENT,
PROMISSORY NOTE AND OTHER DOCUMENTS TO SECURE
A DEFERRED PAYMENT REHABILITATION LOAN FROM
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 50660 - 50668 of the
California Health and Safety Code, the California Department
of Housing and Community Development (hereinafter referred
to as "State") is authorized to make deferred loans for the
rehabilitation of housing in designated areas; and
WHEREAS, Anaheim Housing Authority is a local
public agency organized under the statutes of the State of
California and is enabled and eligible to receive said loans;
and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority has hereto-
fore borrowed an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 for the pur-
pose of making deferred payment loans for housing
rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority desires to
borrow and the State is willing to lend an additional amount
not to exceed $85,000.00 for such deferred payment loans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Housing Authority be, and it is hereby, authorized to incur
an additional indebtedness and to enter into an amendment to
agreement with the State to borrow an amount not to exceed
an additional $85,000.00 for the purposes of lending deferred
payment loans for housing rehabilitation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority be, and it is hereby, authorized to give a promis-
sory note and other appropriate instruments to the State to
evidence said debt and to secure said note.
BE IT FUR'T'HER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute, in the name of the Anaheim Housing Authority, the
amendment to said Loan Agreement, note and other documents
required to consumate this transaction.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director,
or his written designee in the absence of the Executive Director,
be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept and approve for
recordation deeds of trust executed by loan recipients to secure
repayment of moneys owed to the Anaheim Housing Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Housing Authority this 27th day of May, 1980.
