A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS FOR 67 UNITS
UNDER SECTION 8 OF TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has adopted a Housing
Assistance Plan, which plan is a part of the City of Anaheim's
application for Title I Community Development Block Grants
under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, said Housing Assistance Plan reflects, as
a three -year goal in its 5th year application of 684 units of
moderate rehabilitation units to be funded under Section 8 of
Title II of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban
Development has advertised applications for 67 moderate rehab-
ilitation units for all of northern Orange County to be funded
under Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Housing Authority does approve the submission of an application
to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding
under Section 8 of Title II for 67 moderate rehabilitation
units.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved
