A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF STANDARD AGREEMENT
NO. 80- CHAP -13 AND OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE IMPLE-
MENTATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE CALIFORNIA
HOMEOWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CHAP) .
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority (hereinafter
the HOUSING AUTHORITY) has applied to the Department of
Housing and Community Development for funding under the
California Homeownership Assistance Program; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 50775, et seq., of the
California Health and Safety Code, California Department of
Housing and Community Development (hereinafter referred to as
the STATE) is authorized to provide funds for the purpose of
making individual home or share purchase loans; and
WHEREAS, the HOUSING AUTHORITY, a local public
agency, organized under the statutes of the State of California,
is eligible to receive said funds; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Community
Development has awarded the HOUSING AUTHORITY a conditional
funding commitment under the California Homeownership Assistance
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the HOUSING
AUTHORITY is hereby authorized to execute Contract No.
80- CHAP -13 with the STATE to accept financial assistance in the
amount not to exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000) for the
purposes of providing CHAP assistance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
or an authorized designee is hereby authorized to execute the
Standard Agreement and any related documents on behalf of the
HOUSING AUTHORITY.

I, LINDA D. ROBERTS, Secretary of the Anaheim Housing Authority, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. AHA81 -8 was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority held on
the 9th day of June, 1981, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
AYES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour
NOES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Housing Authority
signed said Resolution on the 9th day.of June, 1981.
