RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA PROVIDING FOR SECTION 8 HOUSING
ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT NO. 80 - HAP - 043
AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY
TO ENTER INTO SAID AGREEMENT FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF THE AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Housing
and Community Development has prepared Contract No. 80 -HAP -043
for Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments in the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of Anaheim Housing
Authority to enter into said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Contract No. 80- HAP - 043 between the State
of California Department of Housing and Community Development and
Anaheim Housing Authority be hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Chairman of Anaheim Housing
Authority and the secretary are hereby authorized to execute said
Agreement for and on behalf of the Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of
June, 1981..
