RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING A GENERAL DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY AND SECURITY PACIFIC
BANK AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND SECRETARY
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF
OF THE AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority has heretofore
entered into a Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Contract
with the State of California Department of Housing and Community
Development Contract No. 80- HAP -043; and
WHEREAS, in connection with said contract, State of
California requires a general depository agreement; and
WHEREAS, a general depository agreement between the
Anaheim Housing Authority and Security Pacific Bank has been
prepared, the terms and conditions hereof are satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Housing
Authority that the Agreement between the Anaheim Housing Authority
and Security Pacific National Bank be and the same is hereby
approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Housing Authority of the City of Anaheim this 30th
day of June, 1481.
