AHA-1981-012RESOLUTION NO. AHA81 -12
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A STANDARD AGREE-
MENT, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS TO SECURE A DEFERRED
PAYMENT LOAN FOR RENTAL HOUSING FROM THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 50660 - 50670 of the
California Health and Safety Code, the California Department of
Housing and Community Development (hereinafter referred to as the
State) is authorized to provide funds for the rehabilitation of
housing in designated areas; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority (hereinafter re-
ferred to as the Local Entity), a local public agency organized
under the statutes of the State of California, is enabled and eli-
gible to receive said loans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Local Entity be
hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the State to
borrow a total amount not to exceed $75,000.00 for purposes of
lending deferred payment loans for the rehabilitation of Rental
Housing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Local Entity be hereby
authorized to give appropriate instruments to the State as evidence
of said debt and that the Chairman and Secretary are hereby author-
ized to execute in the name of the Local Entity said Standard
Agreement, and other documents required to consumate this trans-
action.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Executive Director of the
Anaheim Housing Authority is hereby authorized to execute all docu-
ments required to make and record each individual loan under this
program to program participants.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 15th day of Septeihber, Y'-I,

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Housing Authority
signed said Resolution on the 15th day of September, 1981.
