AHA-1982-003RESOLUTION NO. AHA82 -3
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority did, by Resolution
No. AHA81 -10, approve the terms and conditions of an Agreement with
the Department of Housing and Community Development, State of
California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend said
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, an amendment (Amendment No. 1) to Agreement has
been prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority does hereby approve the terms and conditions of said
Amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Amendment on be-
half of the Anaheim Housing Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 4th day of May, 1982.
