A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS FOR 100
UNITS UNDER SECTION 8 OF TITLE II OF THE HOUSING
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has adopted a Housing
Assistance Plan, which is a part of the City of Anaheim's
application for Title I Community Development Block Grants under
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, said Housing Assistance Plan reflects, as a
three -year goal in its 6th year application of 617 units of mod-
erate rehabilitation units to be funded under Section 8 of Title II
of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development
has requested applications for 100 moderate rehabilitation units for
all northern Orange County to be funded under Section 8 Moderate
Rehabilitation.
NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority does approve the submission of an application to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding under
Section 8 of Title II for 100 Moderate Rehabilitation units.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 24th day of August , 1982.
