AHA-1982-012RESOLUTION NO. AHA82 -12
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A CONTRACT
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HOUS-
ING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE ANAHEIM
REPLACEMENT HOUSING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the State of California is willing to commit as
much as $1,900,000 in state funds for loans to households which
resided in the Anaheim fire disaster area; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby the
State of California will commit said fund for such loans; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Housing Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R ESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority does hereby approve the terms and conditions of said
agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the Anaheim Housing Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 2nd day of November, 1982.
