A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO
THE CALIFORNIA HOME OWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
NO. 80- CHAP -013.
WHEREAS, on June 9, 1981, pursuant to Resolution
No. AHA 81 -8, the Anaheim Housing Authority did enter into a
Standard Agreement No. 80- CHAP -013 with the State of California for
the implementation and participation in the California Home
Ownership Assistance Program; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement has been submitted
by the State of California, the terms and conditions whereof are
satisfactory to the Anaheim Housing Authority; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to enter into said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the
Standard Agreement No. 80- CHAP -013 dated November 23, 1982.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary are
hereby authorized to execute said amendment and any related
documentation thereto on behalf of the Anaheim Housing Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 15th day of February, 1983.

ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Housing Authority
signed said Resolution on the 15th day of February, 1983.
