A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING A GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY AND UNION BANK AND
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF
THE AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority has heretofore
entered into a Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Contract with
the State of California Department of Housing and Community
Development Contract No. 80- HAP -043; and
WHEREAS, in connection with said contract, State of
California requires a general depositary agreement; and
WHEREAS, a general depositary agreement between the
Anaheim Housing Authority and Union Bank has been prepared, the
terms and conditions hereof are satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Housing
Authority that the Agreement between the Anaheim Housing Authority
and Union Bank be, and the same is hereby, approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 22nd day of March 1983
