A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO
THE CALIFORNIA HOMEOWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
NO. 82- CHAP -026.
WHEREAS, on October 1, 1982, the Anaheim Housing Authority
did enter into a Standard Agreement No. 82- CHAP -026 with the State
of California for the implementation of and participation in the
California Homeownership Assistance Program; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement has been submitted
by the State of California, the terms and conditions of which are
satisfactory to the Anaheim Housing Authority; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to enter into said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority does hereby approve said amendment to the Standard
Agreement No. 82- CHAP -026.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendment and any
related documentation thereto on behalf of the Anaheim Housing
Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 5th day of July, 1983.
