A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
NO. SF- 498(K)
WHEREAS, the ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY ( "Public
Housing Agency ") has previously entered into an Annual Con-
tributions Contract Part I for Moderate Rehabilitation Program
with the United States of America ( "Government "), and now
proposes to enter into Amendment No. 1 to said Contract:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The proposed amendment designated
"Amendment No. 1 to Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract
No. SF -498 is hereby approved and accepted both as to form
and substance, and the Chairman is hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Amendment in three counterparts on behalf of
the ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY and to forward such executed
counterparts to the Government together with such other docu-
ments evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution
thereof as may be required by the Government.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY this 19th day of July 1983.
