A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
PART I OF THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO.
SF -498 INCLUDING PROJECT NO. CA16 -E104 -011.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority, a Public Housing
Agency, ( "PHA ") has previously entered into an Annual Contributions
Contract Part I for Existing Housing Program including Project No.
CA16 -E104 -011 with the United States of America ( "Government "), and
now proposes to enter into Amendment No. 1 to said Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Housing
Authority as follows:
Section 1 . The proposed amendment, designated "Amendment No. 1
to Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF -498, is hereby
approved and accepted both as to form and substance, and the
Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendment
in three counterparts on behalf of the Anaheim Housing Authority and
to forward such executed counterparts to the Government together
with such other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing
the execution thereof as may be required by the Government.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 19th day of July, 1983.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Housing Authority
