A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO THE CALIFORNIA
HOMEOWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CHAP) STANDARD
AGREEMENT NO. 80 - CHAP -013 AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority on the 15th day
of June, 1981, did approve an agreement with the State of
California Department of Housing and Community Development for
loan assistance in certain housing programs in the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Housing
and Community Development has submitted an agreement amending said
original contract and decreasing the amount of state funds
committed for this program to $306,300.00; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority agrees to said
decrease since funds are not needed to implement program and,
therefore, no benefits would be lost by citizens of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Housing
Authority that it does approve the amendment to Standard Contract
No. 80- CHAP -013 between the State of California Department of
Housing and Community Development and the Anaheim Housing
Authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Housing Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 2nd day of August, 1983.
