A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING NEW PART I AND PART II OF SECTION 8
HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
CONTRACT NO. SF498 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority desires to enter
into an Annual Contributions Contract ( "ACC ") with the United
States of America ( "Government ") for the Section 8 Existing
Housing Voucher Program.
WHEREAS, the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher ACC
consists of the following counterparts:
(a) Part of the ACC, HUD- 5252OD (4/85) applicable to the
Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program;
(b) Part II of the ACC, HUD - 52530E (4/85) applicable to
the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Housing
Authority as follows:
1. The New Part I and Part II of the ACC for the Section 8
Existing Housing Voucher Program are hereby approved and
accepted. The Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the Anaheim
Housing Authority and the Secretary is hereby authorized to
impress the official seal of the Anaheim Housing Authority on each
such counterpart and to forward such executed counterparts to the
Government together with such other documents evidencing the
approval and authorizing the execution of as may be required by
the Government.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 18th day of June, 1985.
