A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING
ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO
PART I OF THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
NO. SF- 498(x) FOR THE MODERATE REHABILITATION
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority ( "Authority ") has
previously entered into an Annual Contributions Contract Part I
for Moderate Rehabilitation Program with the United States of
America ( "Government "), and now proposes to enter into Amendment
No. 3 to said Contract:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Authority as
follows:
Section 1 . The proposed amendment, designated "Amendment No.
3 to Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF- 498(x),"
is hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance and
the Chairman is hereby to forward such executed counterparts to
the Government together with such other documents evidencing the
approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required
by the Government.
Section 2 : The Chairman and Secretary authorized and directed
to execute said amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Housing
Authority.
Section 3 : The Secretary is authorized and directed to
forward such executed counterparts to the Government together with
such other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the
execution thereof as may be required by the Government.
Section 4 : The Resolution shall take effect immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 29th day of April, 1986

ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Overholt and Pickler
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Housing Authority
signed said Resolution on the 29th day of April, 1986.
