A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AMENDING THE BY -LAWS OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the By -Laws of the Anaheim Housing Authority
provide, at Section 201 of Article 11, that the Finance Director
of the City of Anaheim shall be the Treasurer of the Anaheim
Housing Authority; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend Section
201 to provide that the City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim
shall be the Treasurer of the Anaheim Housing Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 201 of the
By -Laws be amended to provide that the Treasurer of the City of
Anaheim shall be the Treasurer of the Anaheim Housing Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 8th day of JulyII- , 1986.
