A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AMENDED PART I OF SECTION 8 HOUSING
CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
CONTRACT NO. SF -498E AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority of the City of
Anaheim ( "AHA ") desires to enter into an amended Annual
Contributions Contract ( "ACC ") with the United States of America
( "Government ") for the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate
Program; and
WHEREAS, the amended Section 8 Existing Housing
Certificate ACC consists of the following counterparts:
1. Part of the ACC, HUD- 52520B(6/85) applicable to the
Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program.
2. Exhibit I to Part I of the ACC adding Project No.
CA16 -E104 -019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Housing
Authority as follows:
1. The amended Part I and Exhibit I of the ACC for the
Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program are hereby approved
and accepted. The Chairperson or Acting Chairperson is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the counterparts of the ACC on
behalf of the AHA, and the Secretary is hereby authorized to
impress the official seal of the AHA on each such counterpart and
to forward such executed counterparts to the Government together
with such other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing
the execution thereof as may be required by the Government.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 20th day of January, 1987.
