A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
, APPROVING AMENDED PART I OF SECTION 8 HOUSING
VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
NO. SF -498V AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority desires to enter into an
amended Annual Contributions Contract ( "ACC ") with the United States of
America ( "Government ") for Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program; and
WHEREAS, The amended Part I of the Section 8 Existing Housing
Voucher ACC consists of the following counterparts;
(a) Part I of the ACC, HUD- 52520D(6/85) applicable to the
Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program;
THAT:
(b) Exhibit I to Part I of the ACC adding Project No.
CA16 -V104 -005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
1. The amended Part I and Exhibit I of the ACC for the Section
8 Existing Housing Voucher Program are hereby approved and accepted. The
Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute the counterparts of the
ACC on behalf of the Anaheim Housing Authority, and the Secretary is hereby
authorized to impress the official seal of the Anaheim Housing Authority on
each such counterpart and to forward such executed counterparts to the
Government together with such other documents evidencing the approval and
authorizing the execution thereof as may be rquired by the Government.
2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Housing
Authority of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of July, 1987.
