SPECIAL MEETING OF FEBRUARY 27, 2007.
The Anaheim Public Financing Authority met in special session.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle and Board Members: Lord Galloway, Bob Hernandez, Lucille
Kring and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, and Secretary Linda
Nguyen.
A copy of the agenda for the special meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority was
posted on February 23, 2007 at the kiosk outside City Hall.
At 5:55 P.M., Chairman Pringle called the special meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing
Authority to order in a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
No remarks offered during the joint Housing Authority /Public Financing Authority /Council public
comment session related to the Anaheim Public Financing Authority.
CONSENT CALENDAR: Authority Member Sidhu moved to approve the consent calendar,
seconded by Authority Member Galloway. Authority Member Kring indicated she would record
an abstention on Item No. 4. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 5: Chairman Pringle, Authority Members:
Galloway, Hernandez, Kring and Sidhu. Noes — 0. Motion Carried.
3. RESOLUTION NO. APFA 2007 -002 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC
APFA187 FINANCING AUTHORITY DECLARING ITS OFFICIAL INTENT TO REIMBURSE
CERTAIN EXPENDITURES FROM PROCEEDS OF INDEBTEDNESS.
4. Approve the special meeting minutes of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority for
August 23, 2005 and January 9, 2007.
Authority Member Kring abstained.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Pringle adjourned special meeting of the Anaheim
Public Mancing Authority at 5:57 P.M.
