REGULAR MEETING
OF JUNE 5, 2007
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session in the Chambers of the
Anaheim City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
PRESENT: Chairman Curt Pringle, Authority Members: Lorri Galloway, Bob
Hernandez, Lucille Kring and Hany Sidhu
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary,
Linda Nguyen
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on
June 1, 2007 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers of Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard for a joint public
comment session with the Redevelopment Agency and the City Council.
ADDITIONSIDELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during the Joint Housing
Authority/Council/ Redevelopment Agency comment session related to the Housing
Authority agenda.
At 6:40 P.M., Chairman Pringle recessed the Housing Authority to consider the
Redevelopment Agency agenda, reconvening the Authority meeting at 6:50 P.M.
CONSENT CALENDAR: Authority Member Sidhu moved to approve the Consent
Calendar, seconded by Authority Member Galloway. Roll Call vote: Ayes - 5;
Chairman Pringle, Authority Members: Galloway, Hernandez, Kring and Sidhu. Noes -
0. Motion Carried
7. Accept the proposal and authorize the Executive Director to execute the
4644 agreement and annual software maintenance and subscription renewal
agreements with Emphasys Computer Solutions, Inc. in an amount not to
exceed $220,000 plus tax for the purchase and implementation of an
information management system for the Anaheim Housing Authority all in
accordance with Request for Proposal #6880. (Continued from the meeting of
May 15, 2007, Item #13).
8. Approve the minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meeting of May 15,
2007.

Adjournment:
There being no further business, Chairman Pringle adjourned the Anaheim Housing
Authority Meeting at 6:51 P.M. to reconvene the Anaheim City Council meeting.
