REGULAR MEETING OF
JUNE 19, 2007
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session in the Chambers of the Anaheim
City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Agency Members: Lorri Galloway, Bob Hernandez, Lucille
Kring and Harry Sidhu
Staff Present: City Manager Dave Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, and Secretary Linda
Nguyen.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
June 15, 2007 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
At 6:10 P.M., Chairman Pringle called the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during the Joint Agency/Council public comment
session related to the Redevelopment Agency agenda.
At 7:10 P.M., Chairman Pringle recessed the Council session to consider the Redevelopment
Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: Agency Member Sidhu moved to approve the consent calendar,
seconded by Agency Member Kring. Roll Call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle, Agency
Members: Galloway, Hernandez, Kring and Sidhu. Noes - 0. Motion Carried
1. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to purchase an integrated audio-visual
4698 system from AcroMedia Construction, Inc., in the amount of $546,744.76, to be designed
for, and installed in the Muzeo.
2. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Cooperation Agreement
4681 and Amendment No. 1 to the Loan Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and
the City [OCTA Freeway Remnant Parcels] (Related to Council Item #31 }.
3. RESOLUTION NO. ARA 2007-008 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
D106 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY adopting the fiscal year 2007/08 budget.
4. Approve the minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting of June 5, 2007.
