REGULAR MEETING OF

The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim City
Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard and called to order at 4:31 P.M.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Agency Members: Lorri Galloway, Bob Hernandez, Lucille
Kring, and Harry Sidhu. Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, Senior Assistant City Attorney
Aaron Harp, and Secretary Linda Andal.
A copy of the agenda was posted on August 20, 2010 on the kiosk outside City Hall.

At 5:42 P.M., the Housing Authority was adjourned, and the Redevelopment Agency, along with
the City Council, received public comments.

to the Redevelopment Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 6:08 P.M., Agency Member Hernandez moved to approve the
consent calendar as presented, seconded by Agency Member Kring. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 5:

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -004 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD
OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY approving and authorizing the
execution of a Cooperation Agreement by and between the City of Anaheim and the
AGR.5407.I Anaheim Redevelopment Agency for the provision of public improvements and making
certain findings in connection therewith (related to Council Item No. 23).
2. Approve minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting of July 27, 2010.

With no other business to conduct, Chairman Pringle adjourned the Redevelopment Agency
meeting at 6:10 P.M.
