AHA-2010-004 RESOLUTION NO. AHA2010- 004
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
ESTABLISHING THE DAYS FOR REGULAR MEETINGS
OF THE AUTHORITY FOR THE CALENDAR
MONTH OF JANUARY 2011
WHEREAS, subsection (B) of Section 501 of the By -Laws of the Anaheim Housing Authority
authorizes the Governing Board of the Authority, by resolution, to annually establish the days for
regular meetings of the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by its prior resolutions, has
heretofore established the days for the regular meetings of the Authority for prior years; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by this resolution, desires to establish
the days for the regular meetings of the Authority for calendar month of 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Board of the Anaheim
Housing Authority that regular meetings of the Anaheim Housing Authority for the calendar
month of January 2011 shall be held, without additional notice, in the Council Chambers of the
City of Anaheim (or any other place established by members of the Anaheim Housing Authority)
on January 11, 2011 and January 25, 2011.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, notwithstanding any other provision of this
resolution, any regular meeting of the Authority may be canceled or rescheduled to a different
time or date by motion duly adopted by the affirmative votes of at least three members of the
Governing Board of the Authority or by any other manner as provided by law. The time and
date of any meeting rescheduled to a different time or date shall be noticed and posted in the
manner provided by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and render null and
void the provisions of any other prior resolutions to the extent such provisions are inconsistent
with the provisions hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become operative on January 1,
2011.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim Housing
Authority this 16 day of November, 2010, by the following roll call vote:
