REGULAR MEETING OF
NOVEMBER 9, 2010
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session and was called to order at
5:32 P.M. in the Chambers of Anaheim City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard for a joint public comment session with Anaheim City Council, Housing
Authority and Public Financing Authority.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Agency Members: Lord Galloway, Bob Hernandez,
Lucille Kring and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley and Secretary
Linda Andal.
A copy of the agenda was posted on November 5, 2010 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during the joint public comment session
related to the Redevelopment Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 5:43 P.M., Agency Member Galloway moved to approve
the consent calendar as presented, seconded by Agency Member Kring. Roll Call Vote:
Ayes — 5: Chairman Pringle and Agency Members: Galloway, Hernandez, Kring and
Sidhu. Noes — 0. Motion Carried
3. Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute and administer
AGR.5333.2 the Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Affordable Housing
Agreement, in substantial form, with the Housing Authority and Integrity Housing,
L.P., for the Integrity Housing special needs affordable housing project located at
921 South Beach Boulevard (related to Housing Authority Item No. 05).
4. Approve minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting of October 26, 2010
ADJOURNMENT: At 5:44 P.M., with no other business to conduct, Chairman Pringle
adjourned the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting of November 9, 2010.
