AHA-2010/11/09 ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING OF
NOVEMBER 9, 2010
The Anaheim Housing Authority was called to order at 5:32 P.M. in the Chambers of
Anaheim City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard for a joint public comment
session with the Anaheim City Council, Redevelopment Agency and Public Financing
Authority.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Authority Members: Lorri Galloway, Bob Hernandez, Lucille
Kring and Authority Member Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary Linda
Andal
A copy of the agenda was posted on November 5, 2010 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE CLOSED SESSION: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during the joint public comment session
related to the Housing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: Authority Member Hernandez moved to approve the consent
calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Galloway. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 5:
Chairman Pringle and Authority Members: Galloway, Hernandez, Kring and Sidhu. Noes —
0. Motion Carried.
5. Approve and authorize the Authority Executive Director to execute and administer the
Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Affordable Housing Agreement, in
5333.2 substantial form, with the Redevelopment Agency and Integrity Housing, L.P., for the
Integrity Housing special needs affordable housing project located at 921 South
Beach Boulevard (related to Redevelopment Agency Item No. 03).
6. Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meeting of September 14, 2010 and
September 28, 2010.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no other business to conduct, Chairman Pringle adjourned the meeting at 5:45 P.M.
