AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 5158 AND APPROVING THE CANCEL-
LATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 89-01
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on July 31, 1990, adopt
Ordinance No. 5158, which ordinance did approve Development
Agreement No. 89-01 with Stadium Business Park South; and,
WHEREAS, said development agreement contemplated the
development of property for office, hotel, health club,
restaurant and retail purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the need for this development has
substantially diminished; and,
WHEREAS, Stadium Business Park South sold the subject
property and the associated development rights to CCSFERS Stadium
Business (3), Inc. on October 27, 1994, and the new owner has
requested cancellation of Development Agreement No. 89-01; and,
WHEREAS, the associated entitlements, Reclassification
No. 90-91-06 and Conditional Use Permit No. 3303 were terminated
by Planning Commission Resolution No. PC95-88 on August 7, 1995.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
