THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
i,iH REAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on November 12, 1963 adopt Ordinance -No. 1942 in Reclassifica-
tion

tion Proceedings No. 62-63-1-1 amending Title 18 of the Anaheim
Mun is i pa 1 Code relating to zoning, and changing the property
and area therein described from R -A, Residential -Agricultural
Zone to C-19 NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain
conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Cit,,_ Council finds that a clerica•1 error
was made in Condition No. 3 of said ordinance inasmuch as this
condition provides that a 15 -foot landscaped setback from the
planned highway right of way line of La Palma Avenue be estab-
1 ished, id-ien said condition should have required only_ a 6 -foot
landscaped setback.
NO -.,I, ThEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 19tL2 in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 62-63-1!1 be, and the same is hereby amended by amend-
ing Condition No. 3 thereof to read as follows.. '
"3. That a 6 -foot landscaped setback from the
planned highway right of way line of La
Palma Avenue shall be provided for subject
property."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bul.letin,,-
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published aT,*d' -._--
