AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 2125 IN RECLASSIFICATION
PROCEEDINGS NO. 64-65-13.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did on March 16, 1965 adopt
Ordinance No. 2125 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 64-65-13
amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
zoning, and changing the property therein described from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL
ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through inadver-
tence or oversight the property proposed to be reclassified was
incorrectly described in said ordinance, and that Ordinance
No. 2125 should, therefore, be amended by correcting the des-
cription contained therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2125 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 64-65-13 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending the
description of the real property contained therein to read as
follows:
"The northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPT the East 279.82 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT the mast 435.55 feet of the North
160.00 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT the West 200.00 feet of the North
180.00 feet thereof."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and sha11 cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after ins adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
