2. Owner/Operator shall continuously maintain a total of 206 216 parking
spaces on the project site consistent with the approved project plans.
4. Owner/ Operator shall remove all unpermitted outdoor storage on the
project site located in the 206 216 parking spaces to be consistent with the
approved project plans.
5. Owner/ Operator shall have use no more than 35 parking spaces for no
more than five storage containers in outdoor storage within a screened
outdoor storage area onsite to be consistent with the approved project
plans.
