Anaheim/Ball Garage Parking; Permitted Uses. Each Owner shall at all times ensure that the garage
may physically accommodate at least the number of Authorized Vehicles for which it was originally
constructed by Declarant. Each Owner shall ensure that the Owner's vehicles will fit into the parking
spaces of such Owner's garage. The garage shall be used to park the number of vehicles the garage was
designed to accommodate and shall not be used for storage, living purposes (for people or animals), or
recreational activities of any kind. The Association and the City shall each have the right to inspect
garages to ensure that the requirements of this Section 2.13 have been met. Each Owner shall cooperate
with the Association's and the City's inspections as well as any repairs conducted by the Association or
Declarant by relocating items stored in the garage, as necessary, until completion of such inspections
and/or repairs.
