What steps can we take to help on the issue, knowing this is a "global issue". 2. Why are we seing regular electrical outages? How are we as a city can help the down times of these outages, were they planned, anyone in the city council asking questions. 3. Affortable housing, how are we as a city working together with landlords to make these "housing first priciples" , allowing certain conditions or criterias being made elegible for permanent housing. Are we evaluating these residents who are suffering from substance abuse, mental issues are.
