Ali ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
I11G TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
TIIAT
WHEREAS the City Council did adopt its Resolution
:10, 67R-539 and 52R-337 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be glade as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
All of that portion of Tract 7911 as shown in Book
319, pages 37, 38 and 39, of Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of the Recorder of Orange County, California,
approved by Resolution No. 67R-539, also known as:
All that certain land situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, City of Anaheim,
described as follows:
That portion of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range
9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, being a
portion of the land described in deed to Emma Lertike,
recorded June 26, 1959 in Book 4776, page 291,
Official Records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the land con-
veyed to John M. Bush by deed recorded April 9, 1895
in Book 16, page 224 of Deeds, records of said Orange
County, said point being in the center of the Santa
Ana Valley Irrigation Company's Canal; thence North
along the East line of the land conveyed to said John
M. Bush, 1138.07 feet to a point in the Northwesterly
line of the land described in deed to the State of
California, recorded September 10, 1968 in book 8714,
page 971 of Official Records of said Orange County,
67-68-13(6)

said point being the true point of beginning7 thence
continuing North along said East line 773.93 feet to
the Northwest corner of the deed to Will Lerlke,
recorded August 30, 1916 in book 268, page 239 of
Deeds, records of Orange County, California; thence
North 89° 45' 00" East 453.00 feet to the Northeast
corner of the land described in said last mentioned
deed; thence Southerly along the Northerly, prolonga-
tion of the Westerly line of Lot 8 of Mrs. Bush's
Subdivision as shown on a map recorded in book 36,
page 52 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, and along the Westerly line of Lot 8 to
the Northwesterly line of said land describer in deed
to the State of California; thence Southwesterly along
said Northwesterly line to the true point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom that portion of said land described
in the deed to Orange County Water District, recorded
September 11, 1940 in book 1056, page 521 of Official
Records.
Also excepting therefrom that portion of said lard
described in the deed to the City of Anaheim recorded
May 11, 1965 in book 7516, page 119 of Official Records.
And the remainder of Tract 7911 as shown on pages 37, 38
and 39 of Book 319, as aforesaid and approved by
Resolution No. 72R-337.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to the
following condition:
That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation
in -lieu fees as determined to be appropriate by the City
Council, said fees to be paid at the time the building
permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning liap shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City_ Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim. Bulletin?,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
